OUR FOOD PROGRAM
Breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack are prepared on site by our full time cook. We are a part of the Child Care Food Program and follow the standards and recommendations made by them. All of the nutritional guidelines are met to bring the children in our care a healthy and balanced diet each day.
* If your child has any allergies, we are able to adjust the menu for individual children as needed. Please keep in mind that we are a peanut free facility.
CACFP facilities follow the meal patterns established by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).
Breakfast requires a serving of milk, fruit or vegetable and bread or grain product.
Lunch and dinner consist of milk, bread or grain product, meat or meat alternate, and two different servings of fruits and/or vegetables.
